Every game relies on the promotion of communication by
each player and trusting the support and back up of team
members.
We promote communication and instruct each team, prior
to each game, on tactics and hints on leading the team
to Victory.
The team is given suggestions on tactics, but left to
their own devices, clear thinking and planning to ensure
a win.
Management can be involved to boost the team building
exercise, or can take a back seat opportunity to view
staff in a real life pressure situation and evaluate
those who handle a challenge with ease.
